Our client specializes in selling, renting, buying, and customizing trailers for businesses and individuals in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area. They primarily focus on sales and are currently building a new headquarters.

 

Job Description:

In this role, you will learn the company's processes and work closely with Yvann to report on all tasks. You will handle administrative duties systematically and consistently. This includes managing data entry, guarantee claims, and filling out paperwork related to guarantees. You will ensure these forms are correctly completed and sent to the right people. You will also respond to clients regarding their issues and manage incoming and outgoing emails. A part of your role will involve posting trailer information on multiple Facebook accounts.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Perform administrative tasks systematically and consistently.

• Handle data entry for guarantee claims.

• Fill out guarantee-related paperwork and forms.

• Ensure guarantee forms are correctly filled and sent to the appropriate person.

• Respond to clients regarding their issues.

• Send and receive emails.

• Post trailer information on multiple Facebook accounts.

• Learn company processes and report on tasks.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Tech savvy.

• C1 or C2 English level.

 

Personality:

• Proactive.

• Bubbly.

 

Software & Tools:

• Facebook.

 

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

09:00–17:00 CT

Weekends: Yes

40 hours per week

 

Salary and Benefits:
