About the Company:

Our client provides modern workflow automation software for independent property and casualty insurance agencies.

 

Job Description:

You will reach out to business owners and pitch value propositions. You will also set qualified software demonstration appointments for the company founder.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to targeted independent insurance agencies using enriched lead lists.

• Bypass gatekeepers to connect directly with key decision-makers like agency owners.

• Deliver script-driven pitches, find workflow bottlenecks, and secure demo bookings on the founder's calendar.

• Execute follow-up sequences using callbacks and voicemails.

• Test and execute call scripts and give feedback to help improve objection handling.

• Keep real-time records of call results, lead notes, and appointment confirmations in the system.

• Work with the founder to track daily booking metrics and conversion rates.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Approximately 3+ years of proven track record in outbound cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting.

• C2 fluency in English with exceptional verbal clarity, active listening skills, and a professional phone presence.

• High-performance computer, stable high-speed internet with backup power solutions, and a professional noise-canceling headset.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience targeting the North American market.

 

Personality:

• Energetic, resilient, and driven.

• Highly coachable with the ability to follow structured scripts and adapt to live feedback.

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.

 

Software & Tools:

• CRM software.

Monday to Friday

9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST)
