Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive Appointment Setter for our medical payment processing sales team. Your main job is to make many outbound calls. You will need to get past gatekeepers. The goal is to schedule qualified meetings for our sales executives.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Make 200 to 300 outbound calls each day using a dialer provided by the client.

• Get past receptionists and office managers to speak with decision-makers in the medical field.

• Find sales opportunities and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.

• Keep accurate records of your calls, lead responses, and booked appointments.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Fluent English: You must have clear pronunciation, good tonality, and strong spoken English skills.

• Experience: You need a proven history in cold calling, appointment setting, or B2B phone sales. Experience getting past gatekeepers in medical or healthcare sales is preferred.

• Work Ethic: You must be able to make many calls daily with persistence and high energy.

• Setup: You need a reliable remote work environment that can support full-time dialer operations.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience navigating gatekeepers in medical or healthcare sales.

Personality:

• Proactive and energetic.

• Persistent.
