Job Description:

Our client is looking for a professional, classy, and articulate Remote Customer Support Assistant. You will be the main contact for clients. You will handle incoming phone calls. You will guide clients through the intake process. You will also help clients when the automated system cannot.

You will help ensure a luxury customer experience. Clients range from homeowners to specialized professionals.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Handle inbound phone calls.

• Answer customer questions using scripts.

• Provide exceptional service.

• Guide clients in taking and sending photos and short videos.

• Help clients whose questions go beyond automated responses.

• Escalate technical or high-level questions to management.

• Provide clear, professional communication in English.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Highly polished, respectful, and classy communication skills.

• Fluent in English.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Detail-oriented skills.

• Reliable computer.

• Stable internet connection.

• Quiet workspace.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.

Monday to Friday

09:00 to 13:00 CT
