About the Company:

Our client is a real estate business focused on lead generation. They manage their active and past clients in a CRM and want a virtual assistant to take over that work and automate their client workflows, so more of their time goes into bringing in new leads.

Job Description:

Our client needs an experienced Real Estate Virtual Assistant. This role is responsible for managing the client database and automating client workflows from start to finish. You will keep client records organized, set up workflows for new leads and run follow-ups and email campaigns.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Organize the active and past client databases in Brivity.

• Set up “plug and play” workflows for new leads.

• Manage automated follow-ups and email campaigns.

• Work in Bright MLS, Skyslope and Gmail as needed.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• C2 English proficiency.

• Prior experience as a real estate virtual assistant.

• Hands-on experience with a real estate CRM (Brivity preferred).

• Experience with Bright MLS and Skyslope.

• Availability for 10 hours per week during the schedule below.

• You are reliable, take ownership and stay calm under pressure.

• You are friendly, ask questions early and welcome feedback.

• You stay organized, meet deadlines and keep the team updated on progress.

Software & Tools:

• Brivity (CRM), Bright MLS, Skyslope and Gmail.

• You will need your own computer.

• Access to an iOS or macOS device (iPhone, Mac or iPad).

Schedule:

10 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Availability between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time.

No weekends.

Salary and Benefits:
