Job Description:

The Sales Representative will be responsible for managing inbound leads, cultivating existing customer relationships, and contributing to the overall sales strategy of the company. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, preferably in the custom apparel industry, and will be comfortable using CRM systems.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Manage inbound sales leads through the company's CRM system.

• Cultivate relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience in sales, preferably in the custom apparel industry.

• Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Go High Level.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of embroidery and/or screen printing processes.

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or similar design software.

Personality:

• Energetic and proactive with a strong desire to succeed in sales.

Software & Tools:

• Go High Level CRM.

Schedule:

• Flexible working hours to accommodate customer needs. 9-5 CST
