Job Description:

Our client needs an experienced n8n and AI Automation Engineer. You will build a repeatable recruiting operating system. This system will be used for every client. The system architecture, process flow, and Airtable structure are already documented. You will build the actual system from this plan.

This is not a simple automation project. You need to understand workflow architecture, APIs, and reusable automation systems. The main goal is to create a system that can be duplicated, configured, and deployed for each client. The system will manage the recruiting process from candidate application to hire. This automation will help recruiters focus on speaking with and qualifying candidates.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Build production-ready n8n workflows.

• Design reusable sub-workflows.

• Connect Airtable with n8n.

• Connect Google Forms and Google Sheets.

• Connect OpenAI API.

• Connect Twilio SMS and inbound webhooks.

• Connect Slack.

• Connect Google Calendar.

• Handle duplicate candidates.

• Handle workflow errors.

• Add retry logic.

• Create exception queues.

• Make workflows easy to maintain.

• Create documentation.

• Create a client deployment process.

• Create a new-role deployment process.

• Test the system end to end.

• Deliver fully working n8n workflows.

• Deliver updated Airtable structure.

• Deliver Google Form assessment setup.

• Deliver Google Sheets integration.

• Deliver OpenAI integration.

• Deliver Twilio integration.

• Deliver Slack integration.

• Deliver Google Calendar integration.

• Deliver error handling.

• Deliver duplicate handling.

• Deliver workflow logging.

• Deliver client deployment framework.

• Deliver new-role setup process.

• Deliver hiring-manager Airtable Interface.
