Job Description:

This role serves as a receptionist and intake specialist. The primary responsibilities include answering phone calls and generating estimates for roof measurements using specialized software.

The anticipated daily call volume is low, averaging approximately 3 calls per day.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Answering incoming phone calls.

• Generating estimates for roof measurements using "First Mate" software.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Candidates with minimal or no accent are preferred for clear communication.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with customer service.

• Ability to learn and utilize new software.

 

Personality:

• Professional and courteous demeanor.

• Detail-oriented.

 

Software & Tools:

• "First Mate" software (or similar estimation software).

 

Schedule:

Full-time or Part-time options available.

Part-time is approximately 15 hours weekly.
