About the Company:

Our client operates a locksmith company that uses artificial intelligence to improve service efficiency. The business focuses on responding quickly to emergency locksmith requests by sending technicians based on location.

 

Job Description:

Our client is looking for a Dispatcher to manage and relay emergency service requests well. You will do best in a fast-paced environment. You will provide excellent customer service. You will also make sure technicians are dispatched quickly.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Answer incoming calls and collect needed information from customers.

• Make sure service requests are written down accurately.

• Dispatch technicians based on their location and how urgent the request is.

• Follow up with technicians to get timely updates.

• Talk clearly with customers during the whole process.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience in a busy call center or dispatch job is preferred.

• Ability to handle emergencies and stressful situations.

• Excellent English communication skills with very little accent.

• Basic understanding of dispatch systems.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Speaking more than one language is a plus.

• Knowing about locksmithing or emergency services is helpful.

• Strong ability to do many tasks at once.

 

Personality:

• Detail-oriented and a sharp thinker.

• Calm under pressure with good problem-solving skills.

• Focused on customers and trustworthy.

 

Software & Tools:

• Familiarity with dispatch or call center software.

• Skilled in standard office communication and productivity tools.

 

English Level:

C2

 

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 10 AM to 5 PM CST

Monday to Friday 5 PM to 12 AM CST

Saturday and Sunday 10 AM to 5 PM CST

Saturday and Sunday 5 PM to 12 AM CST

 

Salary and Benefits:
