About the Company:

Our client is a solar sales business based in Southern California that sells residential solar.

 

Job Description:

You will keep accounts moving quickly through every stage from design to permission to operate. You will free the sales team to focus on selling by handling daily tracking and communication with installers and homeowners.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Log into the account dashboards every day and track where each account stands.

• Push accounts through the stages as fast as possible.

• Work with the operations department and communicate with installers about what each job needs.

• Reach out to homeowners when a change order or signature is holding a job up.

• Send the client an update two to three times a week on which accounts are where, and what each one needs.

• Manage about 25 to 45 accounts a month.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of the solar industry with experience progressing accounts.

• C1 or C2 English level.

• Comfort following up quickly with installers and homeowners.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Accounting, payroll or commission experience.

• Familiarity with installer portals and customer relationship management systems.

 

Personality:

• Proactive.

• Responsive.

• Independent and able to run a pipeline of accounts without being chased.

 

Software & Tools:

• Installer portals.

• Account database.

 

Schedule:

Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri · 10:00–14:00 · PT · weekends: no · 25 hrs/wk
