About the Company:

Our client owns two garages that represent two different brands.

 

Job Description:

You will handle customer information and speak with customers. You need to understand the entire sales funnel. This includes using the phone, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and entering information into the CRM. You will receive first-week training. Success in the first 90 days means you are fully integrated into the business after one month.

You will handle only inbound calls. Your main task is to schedule appointments at the garage. Sometimes you will need to close deals and negotiate.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Learn quickly.

• Speak with customers.

• Understand and follow the sales funnel.

• Use the phone for customer interactions.

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

• Enter customer and sales information into the CRM.

• Schedule appointments for the garage.

• Close deals and negotiate terms.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience in US sales.

• Experience in home services is a plus.

• C2 English level.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to sell.

• Knowledge of the full sales funnel.

 

Personality:

• Smart.

• Responsible.

• Willing to learn.

• Confident.

• Clear communication.

 

Software & Tools:

• CRM.

• Jobber (experience is not required).

 

Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

09:00–17:00 ET

50 hours per week.

You might be needed on weekends or for extra hours.
