About the Company:

Our client is a home care agency that covers a whole family's care needs.

Job Description:

You will run the full hiring cycle for clinical and care roles, from applicant sourcing through to conversion. You are expected to work independently by week four.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Write and publish job postings for open healthcare roles.

• Source and skip-trace applicants to find current contact details and reach candidates who do not respond.

• Review resumes and screen applicants against each role's requirements.

• Schedule and conduct interviews with medical professionals, including evening follow-ups for candidates who work during the day.

• Manage applicants from selection through hire and conversion, keeping the pipeline moving.

• Log notes, activity, and candidate status in the back-end portal and Bamboo HR.

• Keep open shifts filled by maintaining a steady flow of qualified interviews.

• Handle a weekly feedback loop with candidates and the internal team on Fridays.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven recruiter experience, ideally within an HR department.

• Experience recruiting and interviewing medical professionals in a healthcare setting.

• Full-cycle recruiting skills including posting, sourcing, skip tracing, screening, interviewing, and closing.

• C2 English level with clear, well-spoken speech.

• Highly organized, able to manage several open roles and candidates at once.

• Composed and assertive with senior clinicians who talk fast, have little time, and expect efficiency.

• Able to work Eastern Time hours, with some evening availability.

Preferred Skills:

• A college degree or formal HR and recruitment training.

• Experience with Bamboo HR or a similar applicant tracking system.

• Home health or US healthcare staffing background.

Schedule:

Monday to Thursday 10:00 to 15:00

Friday: 5h flexible

EST timezone

No weekends

25 hours per week

Salary and Benefits:
