About the Company:

Our client is a home services business specializing in air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical work.

 

Job Description:

Our client is looking for a confident and aggressive salesperson to join their call center team as an outbound customer service representative and appointment setter. You will make outbound calls to secure appointments for upgraded home products and maintenance agreements, and you will also handle inbound calls as part of an integrated call center.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Make outbound calls to prospects for marketing campaigns and upgraded home products like air conditioning systems and water heaters

• Call existing customers to book maintenance appointments for monthly contracts

• Handle inbound calls and assist customers as part of the integrated call center

• Meet key performance indicators including call volume, talk time, and booking rates

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Prior experience in outbound sales or appointment setting

• C2 level of English with very clear communication and minimal accent

 

Preferred Skills:

• Spanish speaking skills are favorable

 

Personality:

• Aggressive and natural salesperson

• Confident when speaking to people

• Male candidates preferred due to the nature of the home services industry

 

Software & Tools:

• Service Titan

 

Schedule:

Full-time schedule

8-hour shifts, 5 days a week

Initial training schedule during normal business hours Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Call center hours span between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time every day

Possibility and need for after-hours or weekend shifts

 

Salary and Benefits:

• Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference.

• Full-time remote opportunity.

• Commission structure on booked appointments with an expected average of an extra $300 to $500 per week.
