Our client is a U.S.-based personal injury law firm that uses artificial intelligence to improve how they operate.

 

Job Description:

We need an experienced AI Developer. You will design, build, and implement an AI agent for a personal injury law firm. You should have experience building AI agents. You should also know how to connect large language models (LLMs) with existing systems. Automating complex business tasks is also important.

You will work with the firm's team. You will find ways to automate tasks. You will create AI solutions to make case intake, client communication, document processing, and office work easier.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Design, develop, test, and launch AI agents for the firm's tasks and needs.

• Build AI workflows to automate client intake, qualify leads, send follow-ups, and schedule appointments.

• Connect LLMs and AI tools with CRMs, case management systems, document systems, and other business software.

• Create solutions for processing documents, finding information, summarizing text, and organizing data.

• Set up API connections, automate workflows, and link AI agents with current software.

• Improve how well the agents work, their accuracy, how reliable they are, and how they can grow.

• Use data privacy, security, and access controls when handling private client information.

• Work with lawyers and staff to find new uses for AI, understand what is needed, and make AI solutions better.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• You have proven experience building and launching AI agents or AI automation solutions.

• You have hands-on experience with LLMs like OpenAI GPT, Claude, or similar models.

• You have experience with agent tools like LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar.

• You are skilled in Python and have worked with APIs, webhooks, and connecting to third-party services.

• You have experience with workflow automation tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar.

• You are familiar with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), vector databases, and connecting knowledge bases.

• You have experience connecting AI solutions with CRMs, databases, and business applications.

• You have strong problem-solving skills. You can turn business needs into working technical solutions.

• You have excellent communication skills. You can work well on your own.

 

Preferred Skills:

• You have experience working with law firms, legal technology, or legal AI.

• You know about personal injury case workflows, client intake, medical records, and claim documents.

• You have experience connecting with legal case management platforms like Clio, Filevine, or similar.

• You know about AI voice agents, chatbots, speech-to-text, and automated phone systems.

• You have experience launching AI applications on cloud platforms and watching them work.

 

Personality:

• You can work well on your own.
