Job Description:

You will make outbound calls to property owners and pass qualified leads to the acquisitions team. Week one includes training on the CRM, the dialer, and the scripts. Success in the first 90 days means you are proficient in the systems, meeting your daily and weekly activity targets, and generating qualified leads that convert into appointments.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Make high volume outbound calls to targeted lists of property owners.

• Have real conversations without robotic scripts and spot signs of distress, timeline, financial pressure, and motivation.

• Qualify leads on property condition, ownership status, timeline, and motivation level, and categorize and score them.

• Log every interaction in the CRM with detailed, accurate, and timely notes.

• Hand qualified leads to the acquisitions team with full context.

• Join call reviews and coaching, and track personal performance against key performance indicators.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Strong verbal communication that is clear, confident, and professional.

• Ability to follow systems and document processes.

• Comfort with CRM systems and technology.

• Reliable internet and a quiet working environment.

• English level of C1 or C2.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Cold calling, sales, or customer outreach experience.

• Real estate, wholesaling, or acquisitions experience.

• Familiarity with distressed situations such as foreclosure and probate.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

• Experience with dialers or call systems.
