Our client is a real estate company that helps clients buy and sell properties.

 

Job Description:

You will work with real estate agents and brokers in Florida. Your main tasks will involve managing properties and supporting the sales process. You will use real estate specific tools and communicate with various parties involved in property transactions.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Work with Florida realtors and brokers.

• Use MLS to search for and manage properties.

• Contact other realtors and people occupying properties.

• Coordinate property showings.

• Prepare and handle contracts.

• Track contract deadlines and important dates.

• Use a CRM system.

• Save, organize, and archive contracts and documents.

• Use DocuSign or similar tools.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience working with real estate agents or brokers.

• Experience using MLS systems.

• Experience with contract preparation and management.

• Experience using CRM software.

• Experience with electronic signature tools like DocuSign.

• English and Spanish communication skills.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Florida real estate market.

 

Personality:

• Organized and detail-oriented.

• Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

 

Software & Tools:

• MLS (Multiple Listing Service)

• CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software

• DocuSign or similar electronic signature tools

 

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST

 

Salary and Benefits:
