About the Company:

Our client is a consumer product e-commerce brand.

Job Description:

You will help manage and grow the TikTok Shop store. You will connect the store with Shopify and train the business owner.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Find and fix technical problems with the connection between TikTok Shop and Shopify.

• Set up and improve the product catalog inside TikTok Shop.

• Make sure inventory, prices, images, and variants match correctly between Shopify and TikTok.

• Find and fix listing errors, product approvals, and TikTok Shop policy issues.

• Improve product descriptions, titles, categories, and attributes to get more visibility in TikTok searches.

• Use best practices to grow traffic and sales inside TikTok Shop.

• Check performance metrics and recommend actions to improve sales and return on ad spend.

• Train the company owner on best practices to manage TikTok Shop independently.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience launching and managing TikTok Shop stores.

• Experience working with Shopify and its integrations.

• Technical knowledge of catalog and inventory syncing.

• Experience fixing TikTok Shop errors.

• Familiarity with TikTok Ads Manager.

• Ability to read analytics and turn data into concrete actions.

• Experience with direct-to-consumer brands, e-commerce, or consumer products.

Preferred Skills:

• Teaching and training skills.

Personality:

• Detail-oriented and analytical.
