• Manage and schedule social media posts across different platforms.

• Create engaging content for social media channels.

• Respond to comments and messages on social media.

• Perform general administrative duties such as email management and scheduling.

• Organize and maintain digital files.

• Assist with data entry and research tasks.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role.

• Experience managing social media accounts for businesses.

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools.

• Basic graphic design skills for social media content.

 

Personality:

• Detail-oriented and organized.

• Proactive and self-motivated.

• Reliable and punctual.

 

Software & Tools:

Monday to Friday

9 AM to 5 PM EST
