Job Description:

This role supports back-office organization and administration. You will focus on client interactions and handle transactional paperwork. You will be responsible for calling clients, including public customers, and then accountants and law enforcement clients later on. Your tasks will include onboarding new leads.

You will receive internal training on scripts and processes within the first week.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Perform back-office organization and administration.

• Call clients such as accountants, law enforcement, and public customers.

• Onboard new leads.

• Follow internal training on scripts and processes.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience in SaaS sales.

• Experience with inbound and outbound calling.

• C2 English level.

Personality:

• Self-managed.

• Autonomous.

• Able to provide reporting and feedback.

Software & Tools:

• CRM.

• Claude / AI systems.

• Google Workspace.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

09:00 to 17:00 ET

40 hours per week
