Job Description:

Our client is seeking a dedicated SEO Assistant to support the agency's expanding client base. This role is designed for a technical professional who excels in back-end SEO operations and workflow efficiency. You will work closely with the internal team to manage SEO tasks for over 20 projected clients, ensuring high standards of technical execution and reporting.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Execute general SEO tasks including on-page work and technical optimizations.

• Handle the setup of SEO tools and generate regular performance reports.

• Perform content uploads and website updates through CMS platforms.

• Utilize Asana for daily task management and strictly adhere to established standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Manage back-end technical tasks efficiently without direct client interaction.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Strong experience managing websites on WordPress, specifically using Elementor and Divi builders.

• Demonstrated ability to utilize AI tools to enhance task efficiency and output quality.

• Ability to manage a high volume of tasks across multiple client accounts simultaneously.

• Precise execution of technical on-page work and reporting.

 

Schedule:

Initial Commitment: 20 hours per week

Growth Potential: Potential to scale to a full-time position
