Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our client’s insurance operations. This role is responsible for assisting customers with inquiries related to insurance policies, claims, and general account support. The ideal candidate is highly communicative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote environment with consistent system usage.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, and chat

• Assist clients with insurance policy questions, coverage details, and general inquiries

• Provide support related to claims status and basic policy updates

• Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems

• Follow established procedures to ensure compliance and service quality

• Maintain a professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach with customers

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or client support roles

• English level C1, C2, or native proficiency (spoken and written)

• Reliable high-speed internet connection

• Ability to work with two monitors

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills

• Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the insurance industry

• Familiarity with CRM or customer support platforms

• Experience working in a remote customer service role
