Our client is in the roofing business, providing repair and servicing with multiple crews handling many projects daily..

Job Description:

You will be responsible for updating the customer relationship management (CRM) database, as well as handling invoicing for the clients. The role involves training on the CRM updating processes.

At a later stage, you will also receive training on using CompanyCam for job feeds and tracking the time and materials for jobs.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Update CRM database with customer information.

• Process and send invoices to clients.

• Update job tickets.

• Use of CompanyCam for live job feeds.

• Track time and materials for jobs.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• HubSpot experience.

• C2 English level.

• Experience with CRM database updating.

• Experience with invoicing.

Preferred Skills:

• Spanish speaking ability.

Software & Tools:

• HubSpot.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

09:00 to 13:00 PT

20 hours per week
