About the Company:

Our client is a construction company that provides services for commercial and residential projects.

 

Job Description:

You will manage construction projects from start to finish. You will also handle basic bookkeeping tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail. You will ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. You will also maintain accurate financial records.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Oversee project planning and execution.

• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and construction teams.

• Manage project timelines and budgets.

• Track project progress and report on status.

• Perform basic bookkeeping duties, including accounts payable and receivable.

• Maintain financial records and prepare basic financial reports.

• Ensure compliance with all project requirements and regulations.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in project management or coordination.

• Experience in the construction industry is a plus.

• Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to read and understand construction plans.

• Proficient in English (C1 level).

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with construction project management software.

• Experience with accounting software.
