Our client is a premium mental health practice focused on automating processes to enhance client experiences and drive business growth.

 

Job Description:

This role combines operational leadership with business development, focusing on streamlining operations and leveraging automation to drive growth.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Audit and optimize existing business processes and workflows.

• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work through AI, automation tools, and no-code platforms.

• Implement and manage automations using tools such as ChatGPT, Zapier, Make, and other workflow solutions.

• Build and maintain operational systems, dashboards, and reporting processes.

• Oversee and optimize the performance of offshore administrative staff.

• Ensure team members focus on high-value, human-centered work while eliminating unnecessary administrative tasks.

• Continuously identify ways to improve efficiency, scalability, and ROI across the organization.

• Manage and optimize lead tracking and pipeline systems.

• Coordinate client intake processes and support premium client matching.

• Help execute and improve marketing, referral, and partnership initiatives.

• Maintain relationships with referral sources and strategic partners.

• Track performance metrics and recommend growth strategies based on data.

• Evaluate marketing channels and investments to ensure strong return on investment.

• Support the launch and growth of new business ventures and service lines.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Operations management or business operations leadership.

• AI implementation and workflow automation.

• CRM management and pipeline tracking.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Zapier, Make, Airtable, Notion, ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar platforms.

• Business development, partnerships, or growth initiatives.

• Remote team management.

• Healthcare, mental health, professional services, or consulting experience is a plus.
