About the Company:

Our client is an established home-services business that has served the same communities for 12 to 15 years, with a team of about 14 to 16 people and a loyal customer base.

Job Description:

Our client is looking for a part-time Appointment Setter to make sure no weekend lead goes cold. You will be the voice of the company on weekends, answering calls and texts promptly so new prospects are contacted the same day. Using an in-house AI pricing tool, you will quote jobs while the customer is still on the phone, and then book them into the right route and date.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Answer every inbound call and text promptly through the phone system.

• Work the Google lead queue on weekends so new prospects are contacted the same day.

• Qualify and price jobs live by asking standard questions and entering details into the pricing tool to produce a quote.

• Close and book the job on the call where possible.

• Schedule by area and route, grouping bookings by town and region alongside trucks already scheduled.

• Rebook returning customers by confirming their preferred date, items to wrap, address, and details.

• Handle service calls during weekend crew runs by checking appointment windows, calling crew leads, and updating customers.

• Keep records accurate in the system so the owner can track daily bookings and the office team can pick up smoothly on Monday.

• Help improve the pricing tool by flagging quotes that seem too high or too low and sharing feedback with the office team.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Excellent spoken and written English at a C2 level, with a clear, friendly, and professional phone manner.

• Experience in inside sales, appointment setting, customer service, or call handling, ideally for a U.S. home-services business.

• A sales mindset, being comfortable asking for the booking rather than just taking a message.

• Full availability on Saturdays and Sundays during U.S. Eastern business hours.

• Dedicated focus during working hours, working only for this client during your shift.

• A quiet workspace, reliable internet, and a good headset.

• Comfort learning new software quickly and following scripts and processes consistently.

Preferred Skills:

• Spanish language skills to reach crew members who speak little English.

• Experience with Housecall Pro or similar field-service software like Jobber or ServiceTitan.

• Familiarity with power washing, seasonal, or outdoor home services.

• Basic U.S. geography sense for grouping bookings by town and route.
