Our client is a premium family portrait studio in Las Vegas that creates handcrafted monochrome portraits of families and pets. They position these portraits as fine art and family heirlooms.

Job Description:

Our client is expanding into the Spanish-speaking market in Las Vegas. You will be a key part of this expansion. You will call potential customers to book portrait sessions. This is a sales role focused on selling a premium, personal experience. You will need to build rapport and overcome objections to book appointments. You will also collect payment information.

Success in this role means booking portrait sessions by phone and online. You will work with a sales team in person at the studio. You will use emotional language and ask emotional questions to connect with customers. Your performance will be tracked by bookings, show-ups, and call volume. Bonuses are available for good performance.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Make about 125 outbound calls per day.

• Build rapport with potential customers.

• Overcome objections to book portrait sessions.

• Sell a premium, personal experience.

• Use emotional language and ask emotional questions.

• Collect payment information over the phone.

• Send payment links if needed.

• Book appointments in the scheduling system.

• Log activity in the CRM.

• Meet daily booking targets.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Fluent in Spanish.

• Strong rapport-building skills.

• Strong objection-handling skills.

• Comfortable asking emotional questions.

• Energized by talking to people all day.

• Driven and goal-oriented.

• Comfortable taking payment details by phone.

• Familiar with CRMs.

• Full-time availability required.

• English level C1 or C2.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with JustCall.

• Experience with Acuity.

• Experience with Pipedrive.

Personality:

• Bubbly.

• Warm and emotionally engaged on the phone.

• Direct objection handling.

• Results-oriented.

• Comfortable asking emotional questions like “how does that make you feel?”.

Software & Tools:

• Google Meet.

• A wired Ethernet connection is preferred for better call quality.

09:00–18:00 PT

40 hours per week
