Job Description:

You will be responsible for handling telephone calls from prospective clients. Your main tasks will involve scheduling appointments, verifying client information, and providing updates on case progress. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills. You will also create client profiles in the company's systems.

This position does not require in-depth legal knowledge. The focus is on providing excellent customer service, being understanding, and helping clients efficiently.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Answer incoming telephone calls from prospective clients.

• Schedule appointments using a calendly link.

• Walk clients through a set of questions.

• Verify client coverage.

• Inform clients about their scheduled appointment times.

• Explain expectations, such as appointment confirmation via phone.

• Create client profiles in the company systems.

• Confirm document receipt and case status for clients.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• C1 English level.

• 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist or intake specialist.

• Experience with scheduling software.

• Ability to work an overnight shift.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Some knowledge of the legal field is a plus.

• Experience with customer service roles.

 

Personality:

• Polite and empathetic.

• Good voice tonality and presentation.

• Assertive and understanding.

• Good attitude.

 

Software & Tools:

• Calendly

• Time tracking system (e.g., Clockify-based)

 

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM PST (8 hours per day).

• Potential for Saturday coverage.
