Job Description:

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy. Your goal is to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will manage all our social media accounts and create engaging content.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.

• Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written).

• Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a "social" way while cultivating leads and sales.

• Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts.

• Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.

• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

• Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key influencers, and coordinate actions.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, and other social media best practices.

• Understanding of web design and web analytics.

• Excellent communication skills.

• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing.

• C1 English level.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with social media marketing tools.

• Basic graphic design skills.

• Video editing skills.

 

Personality:

• Creative and detail-oriented.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proactive and results-driven.

 

Software & Tools:

• Social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).

• Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

• Content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

 

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

9 AM to 5 PM EST
