Our client provides a US-based platform that moves end-of-semester course evaluations and surveys online for universities and colleges.

Job Description:

Our client is hiring a remote Lead Generator Business Development Representative to fill the sales pipeline with booked demos from US universities and colleges. This is a lead generation role, not a closing role, and your job is done when a qualified decision-maker is on the calendar for a demo. • Complete product training with the founder in your first week.

• Identify the right contacts such as institutional research, assessment, provost, and registrar offices.

• Run cold outreach by email, phone, and any other effective channel.

• Cover institutions from Eastern to Pacific time zones.

• Handle follow-up and back-and-forth replies until a demo is booked directly on the calendar.

• Set up and maintain the outreach stack with minimal guidance.

• Track all activity, leads, and booked demos in the system.

• Represent the company professionally in every touchpoint to protect the brand reputation.

• Learn the product and competitive positioning to explain why institutions should choose the platform.

• Optionally open outreach in other markets once the US pipeline is moving.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• C2 English level.

• Proven experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or sales development work.

• Track record of booking meetings from cold outreach.

• Comfortable with both cold calling and cold email.

• Able to design outreach campaigns without a playbook.

• Highly independent and self-starting.

• Reliable and accountable in a high-trust remote setup.

• Able to work US business hours across Eastern to Pacific time zones.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience selling or prospecting into higher education, educational technology, or software as a service.

• Hands-on experience with HubSpot or GoHighLevel, including setting one up from scratch.

• Experience with bulk email tools such as Mailchimp.

• Experience with Voice over Internet Protocol calling on US numbers using HubSpot calling, Google Voice, or similar.

• Comfortable using artificial intelligence tools like Claude to research prospects and personalize outreach.

Personality:

• Proactive and self-starter

• Customer-focused

• Independent

• Detail-oriented

• Steady and structured

• Open to coaching feedback

Software & Tools:
