Job Description:

This role is approximately 80% sales operations, focused on alleviating administrative burdens from Account Executives (AEs) to allow them to concentrate on acquiring attorneys and experts. The position involves managing CRM systems, supporting outreach efforts, and handling general organizational tasks.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• CRM management and pipeline hygiene

• Support the AE on attorney/expert outreach workflows

• General organizational and administrative tasks as needed

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Very comfortable and experienced with tech and AI tools (e.g., Slack, CRMs, complex SaaS platforms)

• Proficient and experienced with advanced AI applications beyond basic usage

• Self-learner, capable of independently mastering new tools

• Background in SaaS or tech startups

• Legal industry experience
