Job Description:

You will help clients use HubSpot to improve their business processes. You will configure and optimize HubSpot based on client needs. You will work directly with clients and internal teams to find the best solutions.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Configure and optimize HubSpot Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, and CRM.

• Manage HubSpot workflows, pipelines, properties, lists, forms, and reporting.

• Implement automation within HubSpot.

• Own HubSpot configuration and optimization tasks independently.

• Work directly with U.S.-based clients and internal teams.

• Participate in discovery calls, solution discussions, and client meetings.

• Understand CRM architecture, data management, imports, migrations, and integrations.

• Troubleshoot issues within HubSpot.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience.

• Experience working in a U.S. based consulting, agency, or client-facing implementation environment.

• Strong experience across HubSpot Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, and CRM administration.

• Experience working directly with U.S.-based clients and internal teams.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Ability to participate confidently in discovery calls, solution discussions, and client meetings.

• Strong understanding of CRM architecture, data management, imports/migrations, and integrations.

• Ability to troubleshoot issues.

 

Preferred Skills:

• HubSpot certifications.

• Experience with APIs.

• Experience with more technical implementations.

 

Personality:

• Comfortable independently owning HubSpot configuration and optimization work.

 

Software & Tools:

• HubSpot (Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, CRM)

 

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

9 AM to 5 PM U.S. Eastern Time
