About the Company:

Our client is an in-home care provider based in San Antonio, Texas.

 

Job Description:

You will own each lead from first contact to a signed plan of care. You will reach out, follow up, guide seniors and their families through the decision, and complete the paperwork so care can start.

Many of the people you speak with are elderly and dealing with health issues like falls or incontinence. Others are adult children making decisions for a parent. A gentle, patient, and compassionate approach matters as much as closing.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Contact new leads quickly by phone, email, and text to start the conversation.

• Speak with seniors and their families about their situation, health needs, and daily challenges.

• Explain how in-home care can help.

• Talk about falls, incontinence, mobility, and family concerns in a calm, respectful, and professional way.

• Stay in touch with leads who are not ready yet until they make a decision.

• Fill out the plan of care accurately and get the two required client signatures.

• Schedule the visit required by Texas home care regulations.

• Make sure nothing falls through between signing and the start of care.

• Log every call, email, text, note, and stage change in GoHighLevel and manage your own pipeline.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• 1–2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or appointment setting by phone, ideally with responsibility for closing.

• Fluent English with minimal accent.

• Strong attention to detail when completing forms and collecting signatures.

• Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM CT.

• Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and a good headset.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in senior care, home care, healthcare, or insurance.

• Experience talking with adult children or family members who make care decisions.

• Familiarity with handling health information confidentially.

• Experience with e-signature tools and multi-step sales processes.

 

Personality:

• A gentle, slow, and warm speaking style that helps older adults feel comfortable and build trust.

• Experience having conversations about personal or sensitive topics with patience and empathy.

 

Software & Tools:

• GoHighLevel

• HubSpot or Salesforce

 

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM CT

 

Salary and Benefits:
