Our client is looking for a Virtual Assistant to help with dental insurance tasks. You will work remotely and support the dental practice. Your main goal is to ensure accurate patient insurance information is recorded. This role is important for smooth patient billing and record keeping.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Verify dental insurance eligibility for patients.

• Perform detailed benefit breakdowns for patient procedures.

• Update patient records in the practice management system with accurate eligibility and benefit information.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience with dental insurance eligibility and benefit verification.

• Proficiency in using patient management systems.

• C1 or C2 English level.
