Job Description:

Our client is a golf course equipment dealer looking for a Virtual Assistant. You will help manage their online presence and handle important administrative tasks. This role supports a small team of mechanics and a shop manager.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Follow up on emails.

• Send invoices and forms like W9.

• Manage website adjustments.

• Post ads on their website and three other places, including Turf Net.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• You must be comfortable navigating the basics of computers.

• English level B2, C1, or C2.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of the golf sport.

 

Personality:

• You are organized.

• You are self-sufficient.

• You are tranquil.

• You can be collaborative without being on the phone all the time.

 

Software & Tools:

• Google Sheets

• ChatGPT

 

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

09:00 to 17:00 Eastern Time

40 hours per week

 

Salary and Benefits:
