Job Description:

Our client is looking for a Virtual Assistant to help with lead management and client communication. You will be responsible for monitoring incoming leads and identifying new inquiries. You will also communicate with potential customers through calls, emails, and text messages. This role involves conducting intake calls to understand customer needs and the scope of construction work. You will report intake details, prepare quotes using existing tools, and assist with daily business operations.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Monitor incoming leads and identify new inquiries.

• Call potential customers and follow up with leads.

• Send emails and text messages to potential customers.

• Provide company information to potential customers.

• Conduct online/video intake calls to understand customer needs.

• Report intake details to the client.

• Prepare quotes using existing tools.

• Send quotes once approved.

• Organize information.

• Communicate with prospects.

• Help with daily business operations.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• C2 or C1 English level.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in lead management.

• Experience in client communication.

• Experience in quoting support.

• Experience in administrative support.

 

Personality:

• Client-facing skills.

 

Software & Tools:

• Existing quoting tools.

 

Schedule:

Monday, Wednesday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

09:00 AM - 12:00 AM ET

15 hours per week

No weekends

 

Salary and Benefits:
