About the Company:

Our client is a private equity company that acquires and manages single-family rental properties.

 

Job Description:

Our client needs external staff to handle property management tasks. You will focus on tenant-facing responsibilities. Maintenance execution is handled by a separate in-house company.

You will manage marketing, new applications, lease renewals, and rent collection. You will also handle AppFolio accounting.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Marketing properties

• Processing new applications

• Managing lease renewals

• Collecting rent

• Performing AppFolio accounting tasks

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Must know AppFolio Property Manager and Investor Manager

• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English

• Full-time availability

• Located in a compatible time zone (e.g., Colombia)

• Ability to control financial metrics like rent collection and vacancy rates

• Must provide your own computer, phone, headset, microphone, and camera

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with tenant-facing tasks

• Proactive and results-oriented approach

 

Personality:

• Go-getter attitude

• Capable of taking initiative

 

Software & Tools:

• AppFolio (provided by client)

• Gmail account (provided by client)
