Our client moves fish tanks for people who are moving homes. They also set up the tanks and educate clients. They partner with local companies for service work outside of Arizona.

 

Job Description:

Our client is looking for a professional, classy, and articulate Remote Customer Support Assistant. You will be the main contact for clients. You will handle incoming phone calls. You will guide clients through the intake process. You will also help clients when automated systems cannot.

You will help ensure a luxury customer experience for all clients. This includes homeowners and specialized professionals.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Handle inbound phone calls.

• Answer customer questions using scripts.

• Provide exceptional customer service.

• Guide clients in taking and sending photos and videos.

• Help clients whose questions go beyond automated responses.

• Escalate technical or high-level questions to management.

• Provide clear and professional communication in English.

• Provide clear and professional communication in Spanish (preferred).

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Highly polished, respectful, and classy communication skills.

• Fluent in English.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Detail-oriented skills.

• Ability to accurately gather and document move specifications.

• Reliable computer.

• Stable internet connection.

• Quiet workspace.

• C1 or C2 English level.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.

 

Personality:

• Proactive.

 

Software & Tools:

• Phone systems.

• Conversational AI tools.

 

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

09:00 to 13:00 CT

No weekends

20 hours per week
