Our client is a real estate acquisitions team that buys properties.

 

Job Description:

You will support a real estate acquisitions team by contacting potential leads. You will reach out to people related to tax-delinquent properties and inherited properties. You will use your strong phone communication skills to discuss property ownership situations and gather accurate information while building rapport with potential sellers.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Make outbound calls to acquisition leads involving tax-delinquent properties and inherited properties.

• Communicate professionally with property owners, heirs, and other individuals connected to a property.

• Explain and clarify ownership connections, including relationships between multiple heirs, co-owners, and fractional ownership interests.

• Ask targeted questions to understand property ownership, the decision-making process, and the potential seller’s situation.

• Build rapport, handle objections, and maintain productive conversations with leads.

• Take clear, detailed notes on calls, ownership structures, contact information, and follow-up requirements.

• Keep lead records and customer relationship management systems information accurate and up to date.

• Follow up with leads as needed and coordinate relevant information with the acquisitions team.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal communication skills in both languages.

• Excellent phone presence, active listening, and conversational skills.

• Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, lead generation, appointment setting, or real estate acquisitions.

• Ability to understand and explain property ownership relationships, including heirs, co-owners, and fractional interests.

• Strong note-taking, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

• Comfortable handling sensitive or complex conversations professionally.

• Ability to work independently, follow scripts and processes, and maintain consistent outbound calling activity.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with customer relationship management systems and lead management systems.

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Central Time (CT).

 

Salary and Benefits:
