Job Description:

Our client is looking for a motivated and conversational Virtual Appointment Setter. You will make outbound calls to businesses. Your goal is to find decision-makers and set up qualified sales appointments. You do not need prior experience if you are a good communicator.

You will introduce the company's services to potential clients. You need to be fluent in Spanish and English.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Make outbound calls to business prospects.

• Identify decision-makers.

• Qualify leads and book sales appointments.

• Talk to business contacts to introduce services.

• Work 20 hours per week during morning calling times.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Native Spanish speaker.

• Fully fluent, conversational English skills (C1 or C2 level).

• Comfortable on the phone.

• High-speed internet connection.

• Quiet remote office environment.

• Reliable phone or VoIP capabilities.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Prior outbound cold calling experience is a plus.

 

Personality:

• Proactive.

• Conversational.

• Highly fluent.

 

Software & Tools:

• Phone or VoIP system.

 

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

9:00 AM to 1:00 PM CT

20 hours per week
