You will also execute business-to-business outreach using multiple channels during your downtime.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Handle customer communication

• Manage customer dispatching

• Execute business-to-business outreach through LinkedIn

• Execute business-to-business outreach through Facebook

• Make cold calls during downtime

• Send cold emails during downtime

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management platforms like HubSpot or Jobber

• Experience with Quo phone software

 

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to adapt to both residential and commercial cleaning clients

 

Personality:

• Adaptable to different types of clients
