About the Company:

Our client is a family-owned residential cleaning company in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Job Description:

Our client is hiring a bilingual appointment setter to answer inbound sales calls, close new cleaning bookings, and schedule them, starting December 2026. You will help the business scale up its marketing by answering and converting incoming sales calls.

You will also learn company scripts and pricing.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Answer inbound sales calls and texts through the company phone line

• Respond to new inquiries that come in through the sales email inbox

• Explain the company services and pricing to prospective clients, following the scripts and pricing sheet provided in training

• Build each quote live by selecting the services the client needs, then close the sale

• Offer discounts within the approved leeway and get owner approval for anything beyond that

• Book confirmed cleanings into the schedule through the customer relationship management portal

• Upsell one-time clients to recurring service, such as bi-weekly cleanings

• Return missed calls and follow up with leads

• Message the Spanish-speaking cleaners in Spanish when questions about a job come up

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• C2 English level

• Fluent Spanish and strong spoken English, enough to deliver the sales script clearly and answer client questions

• Experience in appointment setting, inbound sales, or customer service, with a track record of closing

• Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and a headset
