What You’ll Do:

Our Client is seeking a Dispatcher to manage and relay emergency service requests efficiently. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service while ensuring timely dispatch of technicians.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and gather necessary information from customers.

• Ensure accurate transcription of service requests.

• Dispatch technicians based on location and urgency.

• Follow up with technicians for timely updates.

• Communicate effectively with customers throughout the process.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience in a fast-paced call center or dispatch environment preferred.

• Ability to handle emergencies and stressful situations.

• Excellent communication skills in English with minimal accent.

• Basic technical understanding of dispatch systems.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

• Familiarity with locksmithing or emergency services is an advantage.

• Strong multitasking abilities.

 

Personality:

• Detail-oriented and sharp thinker.

• Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills.

• Customer-focused and trustworthy.

 

Software & Tools:

• Familiarity with dispatch or call center software.

• Proficient in standard office communication and productivity tools.

C2, Native.

M-F 10am-5pm CST, M-F 5pm-12am CST, S&S 10am-5pm CST, S&S 5pm-12am CST.
