About the Company:

Our client is a family owned local and long distance moving company in Las Vegas that also offers storage, convention support and shipping and receiving.

 

Job Description:

Our client is launching a pilot program to replace postcard marketing with direct phone calls to homeowners. You will call homeowners who recently listed or closed on a home to offer moving services. The goal is to book estimates and prove the program pays for itself.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Cold call and email homeowners who recently listed or closed on a home using provided phone numbers, emails, and a script

• Offer a free, no-obligation moving estimate

• Warm transfer interested customers live to a sales rep or book an appointment on the sales calendar

• Enter only interested customers into the CRM and keep data clean

• Work the lead list from the most recent updates first and work back through the older backlog

• Focus on impactful conversations and talk time rather than just call count

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Cold calling and appointment setting experience

• Ability to handle rejection professionally without taking it personally

• Ability to follow a script

• C2 English level

 

Preferred Skills:

• Moving, real estate, or home services experience

• CRM experience

• Spanish language skills
