About the Company:

Our client operates a chiropractic clinic focused on chiropractic care and personal injury services.

 

Job Description:

Our client is looking for a remote appointment setter and caller to help with making and receiving phone calls. You will contact local businesses, schools, vendors, and attorneys to invite them to office events and workshops. You will also follow up with lost patients and perform administrative tasks as needed.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Make outbound calls to local businesses, vendors, schools, and attorneys

• Invite vendors and attorneys to office workshops and free massage days

• Follow up with lost patients

• Call attorneys to get case updates

• Schedule patients directly within the cloud-based electronic health records system

• Perform administrative tasks

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous experience doing phone calls

• Fluent English communication skills with an easily understood accent

• Ability to speak Spanish

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the healthcare or chiropractic industry

 

Personality:

• Able to follow scripts and understand the core goal to adapt when necessary

 

Software & Tools:

• Electronic Health Records (EHR) system

• Calling platform

 

Schedule:

10 to 20 hours per week

Central Time

Hours must be completed before 3:00 PM, and ideally before 2:00 PM

 

Salary and Benefits:
