About the Company:

Our client is an architecture firm in the United States that specializes in converting residential properties into assisted living facilities.

 

Job Description:

Our client is looking for a self-sufficient Project Manager to handle the behind-the-scenes work of the business. You will report directly to the owner and work closely with him and the firm’s architect. Your work frees the owner to focus on site visits and in-person client meetings.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Manage projects and day-to-day coordination in ClickUp.

• Be the point of contact for clients, handling inbound calls and text messages through a dedicated business phone line.

• Keep client information and communication organized in the CRM.

• Coordinate part-time social media tasks by keeping the content process moving between the owner and the social media editor.

• Help build and improve the firm’s custom project management and CRM systems using AI tools.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience in project management, client communication, or operations coordination.

• C1 or C2 English level with a clear phone presence and fluent communication on calls.

• Experience with ClickUp or similar project management tools.

• Basic understanding of AI tools to support automation and system development.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with GoHighLevel or another CRM.

• Experience in architecture, construction, or real estate.

• Experience with call systems such as RingCentral.

 

Personality:

• Self-sufficient and a self-starter who asks questions when unsure instead of guessing.

• Detail-oriented.

• Independent.

• Open to direct feedback and coaching feedback.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

09:00–17:00 America/Chicago time zone

40 hours per week
