Job Description:

Our client wants a Healthcare Research Analyst to support research projects about hospitals and health systems in the United States. You will gather, study, and combine healthcare market data to create clear insights for clients.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Support full research projects focused on hospitals and health systems.

• Collect, study, and combine healthcare market data to produce useful insights.

• Work with senior research team members to build strategic client recommendations.

• Watch industry trends, healthcare policy updates, and system-level changes.

• Help create client reports that are informative, visually engaging, and strategically aligned.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Background in medical scribing, transcription, billing, coding, or other healthcare documentation fields.

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Healthcare Administration, English, Journalism, or a related discipline.

• Excellent analytical, writing, and critical thinking skills.

• Proficiency with Keynote.

• Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare system and hospital operations.

• C1 English level.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience turning complex research findings into clear insights ready for clients.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

• Interest in design thinking and visual presentation of research.

• Familiarity with graphic design.

• Curious and detail-oriented with a passion for understanding complex topics.

• Self-motivated and comfortable working on your own.

• Organized and quality-driven, with a strong eye for structure, clarity, and visual presentation.
