About the Company:

Our client creates software that helps companies increase sales by personalizing web pages and improving lead generation.

 

Job Description:

Our client uses AI to help businesses sell more. They personalize web pages and increase the flow of leads to websites. The sales team sends many emails. When they get a response, they focus on that response to make a sale. Currently, this channel is not performing as well. They can no longer rely only on email responses. To address this, they implemented a scoring system. This system identifies leads with the best scores. The sales team calls these leads to try and make a sale.

You will call these new leads generated by the scoring system to make sales. You will also check if the scoring system is working well and if leads are filtered correctly. You will provide feedback on how the system is performing.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Call new leads based on their score to generate sales.

• Review the lead scoring system to ensure it is effective.

• Check if leads are properly filtered by the scoring system.

• Provide feedback on the performance of the scoring system.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• C1 level English proficiency.

• Ability to speak Spanish fluently.

• Proactive attitude.

• No prior experience is required.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Zoho CRM is a plus, but not required.

 

Personality:

• Proactive.

 

Software & Tools:

• Zoho (experience not required).

 

Schedule:

Part-time to start, with potential to move to full-time.

Flexible hours, with a need to overlap for a couple of hours daily.
