Job Description:

Our client is looking for a part-time Appointment Setter to book discovery calls with United States home-service businesses.

You will be the first voice prospects hear from the company, and the founder closes the deals on Zoom.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Make high-volume B2B calls during United States business hours, using the company calling software and a United States phone number.

• Book qualified discovery calls on the founder calendar using Zoom and confirm them with the prospect.

• Follow up with prospects who asked to be called back or did not answer.

• Share a short daily update with the founder with calls made, conversations held, and appointments set.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• 1 to 2 plus years of experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or outbound sales.

• Experience making high call volumes of around 50 calls per day or more.

• C2 English level with a clear, confident phone presence.

• Availability to work during United States Eastern business hours.

• Available to start immediately.

• Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and a good headset.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience generating your own leads using Google Maps, directories, or tools like Apollo.

• Experience selling to small businesses in the United States, especially home services or trades.

• Experience selling software, software as a service, or artificial intelligence products.

• A track record of hitting monthly appointment or sales targets.

• Familiarity with dialers or customer relationship management systems.

Personality:

• Comfortable working independently with a script and minimal supervision.

Schedule:

About 3-4 hours per day, Monday to Friday

Within United States business hours, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time
