Job Description:

Our client is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to support their growing commercial efforts by engaging prospective brand partners and driving new business conversations. This role involves front-line sales activity, building relationships, following up on leads, and converting interest into opportunities.

 

Responsibilities:

• Actively pursue and develop sales opportunities with brands in the fashion, footwear, and accessories sectors.

• Manage both inbound and outbound sales activity, including timely follow-up with inquiries and proactive outreach to new prospective brand partners.

• Coordinate, manage, and lead customer meetings across all stages of the sales pipeline, from initial outreach through development and commercial follow-up.

• Present the company's materials, capabilities, and value proposition to prospective customers.

• Build relationships with product development, design, and sustainability teams within target brands.

• Maintain regular communication with prospects to move opportunities through the sales pipeline.

• Work closely with the Chief Growth Officer to prioritize leads, refine outreach strategies, and advance key opportunities.

• Coordinate with the Sales Coordinator to ensure smooth handoff of samples, materials, and follow-up logistics.

• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate new leads when relevant.

• Provide regular feedback on customer needs, market trends, and product requests to internal teams.

• Track sales activity and maintain basic CRM updates as needed, while focusing primarily on sales engagement.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• 3–7 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or brand partnership.

• Experience selling to fashion, footwear, materials, textiles, automotive, or adjacent industries is strongly preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to generate and close new business opportunities.

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

• Highly self-motivated and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial startup environment.

• Ability to manage multiple sales conversations and follow-ups simultaneously.

• Experience working with CRM software; familiarity with Hubspot is a plus.

• Passion for sustainability, material innovation, and emerging manufacturing technologies.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Strong organizational skills and ability to monitor and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Highly responsive in communication, ensuring prompt follow-ups and updates.

 

Personality:

• Ideal candidates are highly organized and responsive, with a proactive approach to managing their tasks and communication.

 

Software & Tools:

• Experience with CRM software is essential, with Hubspot being a plus.

 

English Level:

C2

 

Schedule:

9-5 EST

 

Salary and Benefits:

• Compensation structure includes a fixed monthly salary combined with a commission component tied to closed business.

• Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference.
