About the Company:

Our client is a licensed Southern California home care provider offering personalized in-home support for seniors, children and individuals with disabilities.

 

Job Description:

You will recruit caregivers who provide in-home support to seniors, children and individuals with disabilities, with a focus on Spanish speaking candidates. You will support the current recruiter who is at capacity.

You will start by getting access to the phone and email, learning the open roles, and running phone pre-screening interviews. You will keep up a high volume and focused recruiting pace with minimal downtime.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Recruit caregivers who provide in-home support

• Focus on finding Spanish speaking candidates

• Run phone based pre-screening interviews

• Post and manage job openings on Indeed

• Post and manage job openings on ADP Workforce and other job boards starting in January 2027

• Communicate with candidates using a company email and a dedicated phone number

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• C2 Spanish level

• Fluent English level

• Recruiting experience

• Comfort running phone pre-screening interviews

• Ability to keep up a steady, high volume pace

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience recruiting caregivers or Direct Support Professionals

• Experience recruiting staff for regional center and supported living programs

• Experience with Indeed

• Familiarity with ADP or similar systems

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

10:00–14:00 PT

No weekends
